2. Dog breed
3. Date of birth of the dog
4. Name of the dog’s owner (Name Surname)
5. Copy of pedigree
6. If the dog has titles, indicate them
7. Contact phone number (to contact you and send ring times)
If you cannot participate in the exhibition for any valid reason and you have already registered, then when writing that you will not be there, indicate: 1. dog’s name 2. breed So that we know who will not be at the exhibition, because it is not very easy to determine who writes that it will not be by phone number.
